During the summer, there are many hiking and bike trails starting from the chalet’s doorstep. For runner or trailrunner, there are also many interesting trails available. If you are interested in climbing one of the many 4000m peaks surrounding Zermatt, the cable-car station “Klein Matterhorn” is located just 10 minutes away. There is also the “Gorner Gorge” located nearby, which is definitely worth a visit. If you are looking to keep up with your daily fitness regime, than you may want to try the outdoor “Vita Parcours”. For children there is a large playground located nearby. If you are still looking for some action, you can visit “Forest Fun Park”.
